Horrible horrible horrible management....bad neighbors, TRASHY COMPLEX...dumpster is right in front of my building and it STINKS!!! Imagine hot summer days with high humidity and a funky garbage bin in your path! GROSS!
The air filter was never changed by the maintenance, and when we questioned the office about this, they told us, "We change them as needed or by request."
The lock on front door was faulty and not secure. It was so loose that you could stick a screw driver in and pop it off...
Another thing, if you do move here, CHECK YOUR RENT CHARGES, it changes every month!!! One month the water bill was 20.00, the next it was 38.oo.
The garages are so tiny... you better have a Yugo...
The pool was never clean...and the kids and adults from the neighboring SECTION 8 apartments would come over ALL the time.
There is DOG ---- everywhere!!

A about the dogs everywhere, the people that own the dogs NEVER pick up there dogs poop like they are suppose too. You cant ever walk in the grass or let yours kids play in it!!
