My fiancee and I recently moved into Signature Ridge and so far we've had a pleasant experience. We were very leery because of all the negative reviews but we decided to give it a try anyway. I know that they have a new managment company-Riverstone I think is the name. The leasing agent we dealt with was very professional and nice. I had to bother him quite a few times calling about various things but he was always professional about it. The day we actually moved in our key was not ready until around 2:00 p.m. though, which was sort of a bummer since we wanted to get an early start. Inside the apartment it was very clean and well taken care of. Our leasing agent even made us a little basket with candy, postcards, coupons for takeout, koozie, and pens. There were more spots on the walls than we would have liked (considering they had supposedly painted it for us) but nothing major. We LOVE the apartment, price, amenities- total package. It is surprisingly quiet and parking for us has not at all been a problem so far. Of course we are still in the "honeymoon" period so if anything changes I will be back to post. Oh and- small complaints...on the buildings going toward the back of the complex, some of the green paint on the wood frame outside the apartments is peeling which throws off the look a little. Other than that very nice color combos. Also there was no light fixture in the living room and we thought we were getting a garden oval tub but it was a regular one. All in all I would reccomend these apartments to my friends.
