Not Worth It

My roommate and I chose Signature Ridge because we thought that the price was quite good for the size of the apartment, and we liked the location. Big mistake. Any time something was broken (which was frequently), it took several calls to get maintenance to actually come and fix it. The staff lost one of our rent checks. Once, our faucet broke, and water would not stop running; they took three days to come out and fix it but refused to pay the extra amount on our water bill that month. Now, six months after I moved out, I am receiving letters from collection agencies about debts that I was never informed that I owe (and knowing them, I probably don't). Signature Ridge is not worth the trouble.

Yeah, OKAY. Extra money on your water bill? It's not unit allocated. All the other apartments in your building would've paid extra for your running facet, too, based on their size.

Its amazing how your only complaining about this place after you move out and owe them money.

It's amazing how you can't spell "it's" or "you're." My complaint is not that I owed them money; it's that they never told me I owed them money. Also, is there a reason that you won't tell anyone who you are? If you really think that, then you shouldn't be afraid to put your name on it. Tarakinz18, you're right--the bills are not unit allocated, but I know what my average water bill costs. The fact that the building splits the cost for water means that I wasn't the only one who had to pay extra that month. Had Signature Ridge been a responsible business, it would have covered the extra cost on everyone's bill. Seeing as you two (or one, since the second is anonymous) have commented on multiple bad reviews, my guess is that you or someone you know works for Signature Ridge, one of its sister complexes, or its parent company. If the place were so great, it would have higher than a 35% rating.
