I have lived here for over 2 years, renewed my lease twice and only had problems reciently. Yes the parking is bad, yes there is Dog poo everywhere. For starters, that is mainly the fault of the dog owners not the apt managers....it states in the pet policy that we the owners of the pets are the one to pick up the mess, not the managers. Two the staff has always been friendly and prompt to help me when i needed it. Three, (to those who gave negitive ratings) the walkways do not stink, maintanence is bad at any aprtment you live in period so do not expect them to bend over backwards for you if you have a minor problem. There is emergency calls for maintanence. Four, if your car is broken into, have good insurense, i ask anyone to name the apt complex that will pay for your loss...there is none!, and yes there are police that patrol the area from time to time, and thats to stop the breakins, so if you are scared of police then welcome to the real world and live with it thank you.
I do have issues with this place, but most of the complaints posted below are just rediculous.
Now to my complaints, my lease was never found until it was time to renew it, my ac broke down 3 times and it took 3 days to fix it....this being in the summer time, so you can imagine how that must have been. All appliances have been fine. True i never got my card key for the workout room until i got locked out and had to ask for it, but managing over 200 apts i mean i can understand that. staff is not the best but i have deffinatly dealt with worse...alot worse. Parking is very bad past 6pm, so get home early or park far away. My thermostat is horrible and have to wake up in the middle of the night to tap it for the ac to turn on and sometimes it stays on and never turns off. I wish the mail room was closer but thats just my complaint.
Other then that this place is fine, the apt are spacious for the price and have nice features. There are tenants that have parties and I have complained and had them thrown out so action will be taken if you try. The gates are rarely closed...my biggest pet peeve besides parking. i recomend this place as long as you dont have high expectations. Deserves a medium rating.

I have never lived at these apartments, however I did almost move into them 3 years ago. The manager at the time was rude, they kept asking for more documentation, and the one nice person was fired a day after I went into the place. I found another place to live and thank goodness for that. I love where I live now, and by the way, maintenance is NOT bad at every apartment complex. I have awesome maintenance at the complex where I now live.

So where did you move that you like it better...i am moving next month & this place seemed ok, but I need to live somewhere GREAT!!
