WORST NIGHTMARE!!! This place will get you interested with a Move In Special that sounds like a dream. But once you move in the Nightmare starts. After you move in the office staff barely acknowledges you when you come into the office. You will never get to talk to the manager in charge. Work orders get lost or the same issue comes up after they have supposedly fixed it. When you call for work orders or to get info about balances the office phones are always on service and the answer service can't help you. If you do leave a message with the answering service the office never calls you back. I always see the staff riding around on golf carts all day so thats probably why the phones are always on service. They were great when they were leasing to me but now its like they hate when people come in to ask questions or put in work orders. Oh by the way Maintenance drink beer while at work, i've seen 2 office staff smoking drugs on their patio after hours, and this place just has the worst customer service EVER!!! I moved out this last April i didn't break my lease or leave my apartment dirty. I actually had a maid service come out and clean my whole apartment. So tell me why I didn't get my $400 deposit back and they are charging me because supposedly i left my apartment dirty. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!
They will take your deposit and you will not see a refund. How can you trust Maintenance that drinks while at work' How can you trust Office staff that smokes Drugs themselves' Where is the Manager of this apartment complex' This place needs a manager that will run it and not just sit back and collect a paycheck.
