NOT WORTH FOR THE HUGE RENT WE PAY.

Rent is very HUGE when compared to the other appartments nearby with better rating. Gates will always be broken , Not efficient parking. Day time theft happening very frequently no security !!!

the walls are thin. theres always trouble finding parking. they only have one gate with code pad, and you have to pay for you clicker, which gave out like the third month and they wouldn't switch it out. where do ... more

i will start by saying the office staff is always very nice and maintenance always does everything they can to resolve your issues. i've lived here for 19 months and i can't wait to leave. the quality of the buildings ... more

The rents have increased when compared to the last 2 years.. I have seen many people moving out.. VERY EXPENSIVE !!! Renewal really sucks..
