I lived in this dump of a complex for just over a year and hated every day of it. They've since renamed it but it's the same management company. Here are some of my headaches: maintenance man coming in during the day and drinking our liquor and management denying it saying he was "off the wagon" and a recovered former alcoholic. . . and yet we'd see him drinking beer behind the bushes by the pool daily! The complex next door is a government subsidized crime-ridden group of fourplex's and the cops were there every night. I had all four wheels stolen off of my new car and it was left on bricks - only to later learn the nextdoor neighbor did it. My other neighbors used to fight all of the time and managed to throw an aquarium at each other on the porch leaving dead fish, plastic castles and pink gravel on our shared porch for weeks. Management would not have it cleaned up and the porch wreaked for weeks of dead fish. Theere's mold growing all ove rthe place because it's a low-lying complex and drainage is quite poor. My apartment had ticks in it and I didn't even own a pet. I'd complain but they never sent anyone out. One night I woke up in my bed to something crawling on my forehead - went to the mirror and it was a TICK that luckily hadn't embedded in my skin yet! Pinnacle Management wa sthe company overseeing the complex when I resided there. I cannot recommend this dump to even my worst enemy. It was a nightmare.
