The two bedroom two bath apartments are a bargain for the price ($670.00 with 12 mo lease) for this area of town, where you can expect to pay at least $800.00 per month for a two bedroom apartment. The apartments are from the 1980's, so the appliances and fixtures are older, but when I called for maintainence problems, they responded quickly. The apartments are situated in a low part of a hill and when it rains, the adjacent luxury apartments have rain runoff into the parking lot, but other than that, the apartments are a pretty good place to live.
