Mostly quiet (with the exception of a crack-head lady blaring music once a week), beware of maintenance man standing on your furniture to fix lightbulbs, runoff causes flooding around apt, office managers are airheads. When you move in record EVERYTHING wrong with your apt (and make a copy of it for proof when you move out). When I moved out they charged me for three water bills I had proof I previously paid, stains on the carpet that were recored when I moved in, and random things that they made up. Nice to move in, nice to live, a nightmare to leave!

me too. it seems they believe the resident moving out is responsible for the make ready! what sucks is we don't have a choice, either we have to pay or they report us to the credit bureau. damn the man!
