I moved in April 2007 and ever since I have moved in, we have had different management there. The MAINTANCE PEOPLE SUCK ASS!!! We have had a hole in our ceiling for 1 month now, I have told them several times to come and fix it, and they tell me that they will send someone out. BUT THEY NEVER DO!!! They finally came and fixed it after a month of leaking, after they fixed it they left a BIG ASS MESS!! When I called and told the office about another hole that was on the ceiling they came and fixed it that day and cleaned up there mess, not as good though! Also the past 2 weeks we have been hearing gun shots going off, this didnt happen until we had people upstairs move in. I am terrified to live there!! I want to get out as soon as my lease is up!! Its not worth the savings and its not the time... People just are rude and dont give a ---- anymore. We also have people screaming and slamming doors and like 2am and I have to work in the morning. I am expecting a baby in feb, and dont plan on staying its the safety for the baby and my family!!! OH yeah
They just love to leave little notes on the door saying that if you dont pay 3.53 they are going to lock you out... THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY!!!
