the new girls in the office rock. i promised i would put in my experience so: the day i moved in (last year) i had a list of things that needed to be fixed and it all had been falling apart. my tile needed to be replaced, my sinks (both of them) leaked and my cieling was caving in on my patio and this is not in addition my ac going out and the shower head coming off the wall. so i came in to give my notice and the new manager asked if she fixed everything would i stay - by the end of the day all my work orders were done AND I GOT A NEW AC!!! Two days later some people were here to fix the patio and i am staying! Our fitness center works and has some new lock, thank you!
