This place was horrible even attempting to put in an application!!! For several days the girl at the front desk constantly gave us the run around about the status of our application...we were told we were approved and the lease would be ready, we loaded our stuff up and went over there to wait in a gas station parking lot for hours waiting on them so we could get a utility money order which was not stated in the move-in special.....we ended up being denied and went to speak with the apt manager who was completely insensitive about the entire situation and constantly denied the fact that the receptionist was telling us we would be approved, and used the excuse that she was new, after I stated it was no excuse, the manager said "Yes it is." and didn't even so much as offer me a tissue when I was bawling my eyes out in the office. We spoke to our apartment locator who was appauled at the situation and will no longer be referring anyone to these apartments. The locator ended up finding us a cheaper move in special with no extra costs that we were approved and moved in the same day we applied. Stay away from this place if you have any hope of not winding up on the street because someone told you everything was fine..
