I lived there for approx. 3 years. Among all of the terrible experiences i've had there..this one stands out. I upgraded from a 1bedrm to a two bdrm. I didnt check out the two bedroom before moving in. The day i moved in, i opened the door and the whole place smelled like fried fish. Old fried fish! Not only that but a I awoke at 4am to find a huge cockroach on my face on the first night there. I was horrified! i called and got nothing but smartass remarks from the leasing agents. They are extremely immature , have no customer service skills whatsoever! They dont care about your needs..just have the rent ready when its due! You will end up feeling stressed out if you call to politely have something fixed. Why' because they will be rude, hang up on you, or totally talk to you as if you were a total stranger on the street. Please just rent a house instead, or find a better apartment complex to live in. Promise it's a total disguise from your first impression. Go Ruby!!! She's the only one with class.

i have lived here over 2 yrs, they are really slipping. I have noticed that the staff has gotten pretty lax...I call abut a problem, and have to wait over a week before it is fixed! They used to be so good about repairing things. I don't know if I am wanting to renew my lease...it appears it has gone up $50 or so,per month. I thought they couldn't raise it that much. The parties????oh yeah, we get all sorts of things thrown down...cigarette butts, cups, cans, trash, bottles that break on the concrete...etc. People are very inconsiderate o others privacy ...I have seen kids peek inside the bedroom windows.! Im just disgusted and I am ready to look elswhere, where I am appreciated as a tennant that has NEVER ben late on rent, I am courteous t the staff...I reported a fire alarm that is not working, a LONG while ago...I guess they don't give a care! By them raising my rent and then not quickly mking repairs, makes me want to hunt elsewhere.

It all has to do with Erin, the manager. Worst mistake the apartments could have ever hired. Totally rude and tacky. I overheard her arguing with a tenant in front of potential customers. How embarrassing.
