My kids and I lived there for exactly 1 year. When we moved in, my apartment had new carpet, new counter tops, new floors and "seemed" very nice. After being there for about 2 weeks, I went in the kitchen to get a drink and a mouse ran out from behind the fridge and went out of a Huge hole on the side of the dishwasher! I was Mortified!! When I went to the office to complain, the guys just laughed and said they would come a put down some glue papers to catch it! They never came! I informed the management that they needed to seal that hole because it was becoming a free for all for rats and mice!!! We even saw a mouse in the light fixture in the kitchen! Many people in my building stated that they had the same problem! Finally one of the guys from the office finally came to check and he put down some rat poison! My son and I ended up closing the hole ourselves! Many of the tenants were complaining about water leaks, mold, rats and mice, bugs, and the filthy pools. People got "Fed Up" and just started renting trucks on weekends and getting the heck out of there. The management even locked people out of their apartments if you were more than a few days late with your rent! Even after you made so called "arrangements"! No matter what it looks like...Please do not rent there!

I lived at this complex for 2 years and it is just as horrible as this person says it is. It not only is not kept up, it was becoming more and more a ghetto community, with thugs running around at all hours of the night. We could not wait to get out of there. Management is HORRIBLE and do not care about this place at all. It will eventually shut down. I do not recommend moving here. It will be the biggest mistake of your life.
