This place seemed GREAT when I first moved in. However as days passed, I started to notice a roach problem & a leaky toilet. I'd get up to take a shower, roach in the tub, take a shower before bed, roach in the tub. It was even so bad they got into my fridge. Management was informed but never took care of the problem. THEN, my toilet got worse. Again I informed management & again nothing happened. Finally, two months later, the repair man came in to fix it...at 7am. I work until 2am & management was made aware of this. Still, there he was. I let him in he says he fixes it & leaves. I get up to check & the floater (the thing that makes the water stop when you flush)didn't work. It still leaked & to make matters worse...the toilet wasn't bolted down. It literally came up off of the ground. Then, when I got sick of it & told them I wouldn't pay rent if they didn't take care of it... They came in & "fixed it". So I came home from work & went to brush my teeth & shower... I noticed not only was my toilet still running...someone had used it!!! One last thing..the neighbor to my left was a drug dealer & about six times in three months someone came over to MY house asking to buy drugs & to my right, the tenants were having sex constantly.How do I know' Because I heard every moan, scream & "God".

That sounds like a nightmare, but you can't blame your neighbors for having sex every night. The problem is the poor construction of the walls.
