OK, just like Alamo Heights has a ghetto area so does Castle Hills, and if you move into Spanish Trace you will soon figure this out.
I lived there for 6 months under a nice lease price, but then when my lease came due they wanted to jack my rent up by $135.
I had just moved to San Antonio and didn?t know any better, but now I have lived here for over 5 years and I would never recommend to anyone I know moving into Spanish Trace.
There was this one time I put in a work order to have the locks changed on my door and about 2 weeks later they finally got around to it while I was at work, and so when I got home I could not get into my apartment and they charged me $10 for a lock out.
I got a cat while living three because it was better at controlling the roach problem than the pest control company they use.
