I gotta say first off that the other reviews done on Spanish Trace are right on the money. We moved here from a more expensive area to save up for a home. The outside is nice and the apartment we looked at was decent. The day we moved in, the lady was still cleaning the place and even after it was cleaned the apartment was disgusting! The roaches were EVERYWHERE!! The apartment manager assured that they sprayed every two weeks. It took us 3 weeks to get rid of them all (at our expense). The showers have mold like crazy. We won't use it. The toilets don't work, our apartment has flooded 4 times already. It took a month for them to come out and replace the pad they took out of the bedroom and steam clean the carpets. If you have children this is NOT a place for them. Seems there are trashy parents with trashy kids (one is the ringleader) and we don't allow our kids outside. The wash room continuously gets vandalized, the pools are dirty, and people park in your space all the time. Maintenance doesn't do their job and management doesn't seem to care. It is not worth coming here. As soon as our lease is up we are out of here.
