Where do I start' Empty beer quart bottles left in the parking lot, green pool water from people swimming with all their clothes on (not to mention dirty diapers left by the pool-side), drunks and drug addicts, dirty grounds, flooding in some areas from the rain (bad drainage), and even graffiti on my door one day (which was never removed by maintenance).
To top it all off, a meth lab was found upstairs (which had enough chemicals to blow have the building out, according to authorities)....AND THE BIG ONE....it was documented in the news that one of the 9/11 terrorists resided there a few months before the 9/11 incident (just look it up). The crime rate seems to be going up (like a shooting I heard about). I finally did what I needed to do....just pick up and go. That place just isn't me.
