Spanish Trace Apartments

SCARY, FILTHY PLACE CALLED SPANISH TRACE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   We lived here for six months and moved out as soon as we possibly could. We drove in from out of town with our U Haul packed, and waited outside in the pouring rain while they finished putting down the cheap carpet for five hours!! Maintenance is horrible and the office staff is unreasonable and completely out of touch. Our a/c hardly worked, we were infested with roaches from day one, flooded twice from the bathrooms and because we were on the ground floor, people left their beer bottles right outside our door. TOTALLY GROSS!! Beware of the pools, you may catch a disease and do yourself a favor and take your laundry elsewhere - the laundry machines are filthy. We lived fairly close to the Blanco Rd side of the complex and it was noisy and cars flew through the driveway at all hours of the night. We felt totally unsafe and I felt like I had to watch my back while walking to get our mail in the dark. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
