Nightmare! Where do I start' Let's see: dishwasher broke twice and both times maintenance replaced it with used ones from empty units, office staff is rude and always bothered and overwhelmed (Hello, that's your job, no one put a gun to your head and made you work there!), the bldg next to mine had a fire in it because of something maintenance did (it even made the news), pools are nasty, carpets were stained and walls were dirty the day I moved in, too many roaches no matter how much you clean. My upstairs neighbor's balcony overlooks my patio and they like to sweep their trash off directly into mine (once they even swept a dirty diaper over the edge), the people across from me have 6 adults and 5 kids living there (it's a two bedroom), noisy 24 hours a day. I could go on and on.... I am writing this because I am in the process of renting a house and Spanish Trace refuses to give me a recommendation or even forward my rental history. TWO GIANT THUMBS DOWN!!!

HEY YOU DON'T NEED THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS. JUST HOLD ON TO YOUR RENT RECEIPT WHICH WILL PROVE THAT YOU ALWAYS PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME!! DON'T LET THEM GET THE BEST OF YOU.
