Spanish Trace Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Spanish Trace Management and staff are very inconsiderate to the needs of their tenants. In regards to the response of their maintainence. My problem is with the restroom sink leaking in the bottom since we moved in in november and has not been fixed. Another problem is the disposal in the kithen sink. It's been broken about one week. Flies and roaches are starting to show up. I reported with two phone calls and still has not been fixed. The manager response was to use the bathtub in the restroom. I would never recommend anybody to live in these apartments not even my worst enemy!
