During my seven years on the property, the ownership changed several times - each time getting worse and worse. When my AC drain was clogged and It was causing the carpet to be wet, I called the office to fix the problem, this simple problem took over sic weeks to fix and by the water had damaged things in my bedroom closet and I had mold and meldewed carp;et and baseboards. I was told the problem is both upper and lower AC's drain down a common pipe and its too small to handle all the water. Also several times the electricity went out and since the underground cables are owned by the complex and now CPS, it often took days - one time weeks to get electricity back - they had to bring in gennerators to power parts of the complex. All of my friends have moved from the complex - but one and he will be moving soon - he said he is tired of the drug dealers, stoners, and government aid people haning out looking for drugs, or hookers.
