sylvia and edward are both morons and they will let anyone move into this complex, ---- half of the people dont speak english. loud parties, fights all night long, loud music and people dropping ---- on the floor all hours of the night. lots of drug dealers. the biggest roaches that i have ever seen, they fly and no matter how many times you can get them to spray they wont leave. the maintence is horrible and nothing ever gets fixed and if you ask them they act like you broke something and you should go out and fix it. they need to fire the whole office staff and start over including the maintence, this complex needs to be condemed. it is discusting, what ever you do stay far far from this complex

The roaches is hell and the parking lot is dirty. The maintence will not do a damn thing. And I still have stuff that has not been fixed from the walk through and thats was about a year ago. I back in Houston and I paying rent for sept. and that is it. I had sewer in my front door for three weeks and no one fixed it. My son got jumped on at the bus stop everyday and I had to send him back to Houston last Dec. My windows have been broken in my apt. and It took three weeks for them to fix the window.do not move to this dump the raoches will pack you away.

I lived there for three nights(I posted on this thing a year ago). Sylvia is indeed a moron and so is Letty. They let the convicts and drug dealers live there, but ---- if you have one argument with your spouse you are kicked out. How freaking dumb. I should report this place to the city. I cannot believe that they can have a bug infestation that horrible(the roaches outnumber people about 10000 to 1.)The city should condemn that place, I agree. And about a year and 3 months ago, they lost powere to two whole units. This was the HEAT of summer and no AC. Then they bitched at my boyfriends mom for not paying her electricity bill, or paying it late? UGH. I hate this place.
