This is a great apt complex the office personel are great and helpful. SOME Resident have a bad look on things do that the don't pay there bills on time . The matnice man are helpful and try to take care of everthing in a timellie manor but this is and older complexso pepole need to understsnd things happen . We need to have more patices

I agree.... it looks as though the management is trying to 'save face', but with horrible writing skills. Maybe if the complex cleaned up and wouldn't let anyone off the street into the place, then maybe people would pay their bills 'on time'. Since I've moved several years ago, my buddy just outside San Antonio has emailed me on a few occasions links to news articles about shootings or other crimes within the complex. But no, we all need to have more 'patience', right?
