This place is hardly better than living on the street in a ghetto. The office staff has been nice but the property is deplorable. Many of the tenants are loud, blasting music at all hours, fighting, and are of gang mentality. Went to the laundry room one morning and the entire room had been "tagged" with graffiti. The walls, ceiling and the machines had all been covered with graffiti. Some of the buildings have been tagged as well. Though I like the convenience of the location I'm looking for some place---any place else. Never know if you're going to have hot water from day to day or electricity. We went an entire weekend last year without power and had to rent a hotel room for 3 nights. Re-imbursed' Forget it. And they continue to go up on rent. I don't know what rose colored glasses the previous reviewer is seeing through but all my 24 months I have never been late on rent. I am quiet and to myself. Also they should write more "literate" to be taken seriously and others to be able to understand what they're trying to convey. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
