i have lived here for a few years now and i have noticed the change its DEFFINETLY GETTING BETTER. when i first moved in the people in the office were nice but they do not take care of business like they do now. i can say ya i have had my utilities turned off too i asked for a copy of my lease and it does say if u dnt pay ur bill they can turn it off. but in all fairness if u pay ur bill it shouldnt happen. yeah there has been shootings but i do notice now which i have never seen before i see security driving. i know i was out walking my dog and i felt safer because i see the security. there used to be gangs hanging out in the playgroud and i was always scared to walk my dog but not now. i just noticed things are diffrent now. dnt get me wrong the manager never wants to talk to you. but atleast the girls in the office listen to what you have to sayand it gets taken care of. so i know even if the manager doesnt talk to me she still makes sure it gets taken care of. i think the maitnence is great they try to take care of everything pretty quick even tho it did take a couple of days to get something fixed in my apartment i just know a couple of days is way better than a couple of months before. it seems like everyone is alot more friendlier and the office looks very nice in the inside before it used to smell like sewer and now its very clean and nice. so if u ask me which ur not but im gna tell u anyway it is getting better and its really not as bad as you hear. you can turn on the news all the time and hear about the diffrent places and yeah maybe its the people but im a person i live here i like it and im not a bad person. would i recommend this place' yeah now i will but if those people leave i dnt know if i will. spanish trace isnt really that bad.
