Arra is a ----- and her maintenance staff that doesn't speak english very well are liars they will look you in your eyes and say they are going to get a part and be right back and never return. The first night we were there we tried to wash our clothes and the machine leaked in to the carpet and we thought we were washing on the cold cycle all the temps ran Scalding hot water, and if you tried to take a shower you had to rush so the hot water would not give out on you. When I finally had enough of feeling like I was living in a prison cell I had to threaten management just to get the name of the management company (which by the way is Mabius Management) I sent a letter to the management company to tell them of all the goings on and they let us out of our lease.
