I used to live there for about a year and a half, and ive never seen a major problem repaired so slowly . . . When i first got there, there were a few things that needed attention. there was a loose window that was never fixed until 2 months later. the 2nd night i was there, the washing maching broke, flooded the whole guest bathroom, and soaked the carpet into the hallway. it took them 4 days to replace the cushion under the carpet. it took 5 weeks to get a new washer! thats why i got the apartment in the first place!!! The main key lock was never fixed the entire time i was there. thank GOD for WD-40!!!!! I never got rats or roaches, but i got small "rolly pollys" all the time, which i soon discovered they were coming from the loose window. the garbage disposal was never fixed nor was the slow drainage. if the sink filled, i had to wait at least 3 hrs for it to drain. last but not least, when the AC broke @ the end of this summer, i couldnt take it, and moved out!!! it was out for a week and reported it when it first happened and mid week. it sucks to have to break a lease, but u stay in a 95 degree apartment with no AC!!
