I moved from Spice Creek about 2 years ago. I had a 1 bedroom. I kinda regret moving because the apartment I rent now is cheaper but the maintenance is horrible, there are no resident functions and it seems the office is always closed when I go by. My experience at Spice Creek was good. I really don't have any complaints. There were cats around but I know the former manager I do believe was Aura had traps out and was taking care of the problem it seemed. The apartment was very spacious and had a washer/dryer included. I am really surprised at the thigns being said on this site. Maybe not everyone will have a good experience I guess. Good luck.

In the 2 years I've lived at Spice Creek, not once have I seen traps, ever. I walk the grounds daily with my dog and not once have I been aware of any such traps - Aura is a lot of talk and no action (aside to fleece you for 'damages' when you move out.)

I am a current tenant of Spice Creek. There are no traps. And the manager is now Emily. I am very unhappy with this place. For the money I am paying in rent, I could be in a house!
