When I moved into these apts, there was a very nice lady name Kathy that worked here and everytime that I contacted her to let her know if something was wrong, she would always make for sure that the problem was taken care of that day!
NOW...there is a guy name Jade that is working in Kathy's place that doesn't do the same thing!!!
I have only lived here for a month, and officially before I moved into the apts I was told that EVERYTHING would be double-checked and taken care of BEFORE I moved in, and needless to say, that DIDN'T happen!!!
I had problems with the bathroom, the washer and dryer, I had a cracked window in the living room, and to top things off, the doors leading to the patio and the one in the living room needed weather stripping and it just got semi taken care of as of today....AFTER I PITCHED A FIT ABOUT A $132.00 UTILITY BILL...and when I contacted the owner and asked him about at least getting a small discount on my rent for April, he informed me that wasn't going to happen!
So needless to say when my lease is up, IF NOT BEFORE THEN, I will be moving!!!
THEY MESS UP AND NOT TAKE CARE OF WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DO AND I GET STUCK WITH A HIGH UTILITY BILL!!!!
Unless you have a billion dollars for a high utility bill because of screwy doors, you might want to go looking somewhere else!
