Update...VERY DISPLEASED...Well lets see, they came over to day to inform me that they can put some kind of foam against the doors and windows to keep the air out of my apt and even suggetsed that I purchase a portable heater....
I told them that at this point I can't afford too...so they are suppose to contact the owner to see if they can purchase one for me....HOW SWEET OF THEM...
THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO, UNLESS YOU VALUE YOUR POCKET BOOK AND SANITY, DO NOT LET THIS PLACE BE YOUR STOP FOR A HOME...YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!
