I recently moved into these POOR EXCUSE FOR APARTMENTS, and because I aksed to move out of the apartments because the insulation is so poor, and the RETARDED neighbor over me doesn't know how to walk across her floors without sounding like a herd of elephants, I asked to be let out of my lease early, and was told by the owner Tom that I could pay half of the Early Termination fee and a post-rated fee and get out of the lease the middle part of the month of April...NOW MIND YOU, I AM ON A FIXED INCOME (DISABILITY), AND TRYING TO CARE FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO IS ALSO ON DISABILITY, and his butt-head is so money greedy, he won't even do that....
THIS PLACE IS ONLY MONEY GREEDY....THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT NOTHING ELSE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE ON DISABILITY, THEY DON'T CARE.....
THIS PLACE IS SUCH A RIP-OFF!!!!
ALL THEY ARE IN IT FOR IS THE MONEY...THEY DON'T CARE IF THE OTHER NEIGHBORS ARE DISTURBING YOU, THEY DON'T CARE...AND THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU HAVE TO PAY OVER A $100.OO A MONTH FOR UTILITY AS LONG AS THEY ARE GETTING THERE MONEY!
UNLESS YOU DON'T VALUE YOUR POCKETBOOK, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!!!
THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE TIME NOR MONEY!!!THE STAFF ARE NICE BEFORE YOU MOVE IN BUT ONCE YOU MOVE IN, YOU CAN FORGET IT!
NOTHING GETS DONE ANYMORE!

Yeah I know the feeling! I lived there before in the past and had the same experience with them! They are very rude and never get nothing done, and when they even try it's never done right! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EITHER! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF RIP OFFS!!!

The management is great to me and I love it here, but I must totally agree with the utility issue, I never run air, etc (because I am cold natured) and in all my past apts never went over $30 a month unless I had guests or it was mid summer or winter. Here my bill ALWAYS runs like $50 and Jan & Feb it was almost $100 that is outrageous for a one small bedroom.

I've always had great service. I've lived here for some time now and think of the people in the office as helpful and friendly. The fact that you would call your neighbor "retarded" says a lot about you.

Dear Anonymous! (4/14/09) ~~ unless you can deal with going for 4-5 days straight without any sleep because you have insomnia, such as I have, and then have to deal with someone that acts like a "RETARD" living over you, then you have the right to try to tell me how I should feel!
