I remember when this apartment complex was "Willow Creek" Apartments, long time ago, when it seemed to be a safe place to live. I lived there from 2003 to 2005. I must say to ANYone who moves in there don't let just anyone inside your dwelling there. Many burglaries occur there; my apartment was hit three times, so I had to move.

When I was living there in 1990-1991, the place went into section 8 housing...you can bet that I got out just that fast (although I do love to live in the ghetto).
