Well where do i begin... I moved in to this complex in June of '05 and will be moving out this month (April of '06) and let me tell you this place is the HOOD! Since my time here the following has happened:
2 confirmed murders, a full out gun fight in my building (not pistols, but rather MACHINE GUNS), multiple shootings, too many fights to count, I had a sex offender molesting kids in the apt. located in front of mine, one of the highest concentrated drug trafficing complexes that I have ever seen, there is always some stranger knoking on your door asking if they can come in to use your phone, some of the 1 bdrms have like 3 to 4 adults living in them, and there is some multiple personality dude who keeps breaking all of his windows no-matter how many times they have fix them leaving bloody handprints on the outside of his apt. and management does nothing. Another thing that sucks is that since it is such a bad complex the police are patrolling it 24/7, but that is not a good thing because all they do is enforce POLICE HARRASMENT they will pull you over for no reason whatsoever and completely tear your car up more than once. I moved here because I was from out of town I had no job and some money saved up. This place is very inexpensive but please stay away. You will not feel safe what so ever. The staff is nice but what can they do, they just feel sorry for you for having to live in their crappy apts.

please pay attention to this review. It is no lie and I've read things as silly as people getting stabbed over tater tots and getting shot over bs. It is not worth your life to pay cheap. Please STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Thank you to both the writer of the review and the response. I am a young female college student and am looking for a reasonable place to move in on my own! i am only about 5'1 100 lbs and could see myself getting raped and killed then being on the news after living here! thank you so much

This is the reason that I am so scared to even visit these apts.. I did see on the news where that pregnant girl was shot and killed. Plus I knew a couple of people who lived there and heard all of the war stories. I would rather sleep under a bridge before living in springhill..
