Letty lied

You would think that even $539 a month would get you a manager that does not lie. Why lie about the dog next door being a service dog when all she had to say was that the rules had changed and now no dogs are allowed' This means that you will have to put up with dogs even though you cannot have one of your own.
Pomeranians are not service dogs. Neither are the two dogs near me that bark viciously at people that get close. These apartments, which are really duplexes, say that they can no longer cage animals that don't belong here. What they don't realize is that the humane society will take dogs that are at risk of biting people.

The first weekend that we were here, the hot water did not work. Then the central air conditioner froze up.
We had the thermostat between 65 and 70 degrees. They think that we had it on 50 degrees. The service man said that should not have mattered because it is a new unit.
They did not check the thermostat for breakage. They just said that grass gets thrown in to it by the mowers and has to be cleaned out.
There are many things on the patios that are not patio stuff. I think that people should be able to put out reasonable stuff. They are paying for the space. These duplexes want to rule everything. What difference does it make' These duplexes are ugly and old. They will tell you that the apartment is ready for you to move in knowing at the same time there are many things wrong with it.
When walking through the duplexes you may seen one apartment that has all of its windows broken out and plywood to replace them. YOu may also see someone getting arrested. Lots of cops here, maybe in unmarked vehicles.
The receptionist told us that we could work on our vehicle in the parking lot. She was wrong according to the lease. Don't listen to anything she has to say. Don't ask her any questions. Don't believe anything not written down. I did not get a copy of my move in form. They will not volunteer it. They are not very professional.
The correct phone number is 210/477-6447.
