I moved into these apartments about 2 months ago. Everything is brand new, so that is obviously a great perk right now. The staff is very nice and helpful, and so far all the residents are very friendly. I have yet to meet anyone here who is rude to the other residents. The apartments themselves are beautiful on the inside. Maintenance are very professional and try their hardest to fix any problem you encounter as soon as possible. The only problem here is parking. It is absolutely awful!!! I can only imagine it is going to get worse being that the complex is not full yet. I don't even think they have 1 outside parking spot per resident that lives here. They have garages for an additional cost, but the apartments themselve are quite pricey..and honestly if I am paying this price to live in an apartment I feel I should be guaranteed a parking spot at my home. Aside from parking, or if you can afford a garage I would recommend this complex to anyone who wants to live in a quiet, friendly, community.
