We moved in about a month ago and so far our experience has been wonderful. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The residents are pretty diverse ranging from families, to young couples to a few scattered college students. It's like a little neighborhood. People cook out in their driveways and walk their dogs at night. Much different then your ususal apartment complex. The gate situation is also quite unique. Unlike most other apartment complexes where when the gate opens an entire stream of cars flies through this place has much better security. Only one car can pass at a time; both on the resident's side as well as the guest gate. The other unique thing is that there is a car wash port and pet wash area. As for the parking, I could see how that is a problem. However, if you rent a garage that is attached to the apartment building you are guarenteed 2 spots as one car can park inside and the other can park right behind it. And some floor plans come with a garage and attached entry. If your willing to spend the extra $$ I think it is worth it. Other than that, I think this place is great. Quiet, friendly, brand new, and secure. It's kinda hard to find all those characteristics in an apartment community.
