So far it has been pleasant and comfortable living here. I think for the most part the staff are nice people. I just hate the parking situation! You either park on the side and hope you won't get towed, which in most cases doesn't happen but a few people have gotten parking tickets. Or pray for a spot that is at least three buildings away, forget a spot near your own unit. In some cases there will not be a spot anywhere...so you must risk having your vehicle towed, by parking on the sides where red paint has been outlined as a fire lane.

In addition to this I feel that, the staff and maintenance meddles too much about how your living in your apartment. Don't get me wrong I understand the idea of keeping the community nice and all but for crying out loud there is always something wrong or a violation that has been made. I want to say there has maybe been a couple of occasions where I was bringing in groceries and my dog ran out, (I am seeking the assistance of the Dog Whisperer on that issue) but immediately on both occasions I've chased after my dog and brought back on a leash. In those instances my dog happens to sniff a few butt's, but believe me I grounded my dog for this, (he got no treats for a whole week!!!). I may not have ran fast enough due to being semi-handicap. In any event, the dogs' humans were offended and made a complaint. So so so...I receive a sealed envelope with a letter about how I will be fined $75.00 or something like that.

All in all, I did like this place...but now I'm not so sure. Bottom line is I will never bad mouth them to friends and co-workers. However I probably will not recommend it unless they have no kids and/or pets, it will just give the office more of an opportunity to say something about a violation in your lease.

Shooooot, at least I didn't break the gate twice!!

You know I can agree with what you said and some other things that others have posted about "The Springs". I am curious though how some of the staff have enough time in their medalling day to bother people who don't even live on property! I have witnessed this first hand! You got to admire the property management company for hiring people who put on a wonderful show to your face and then stab you in the back the moment you turn around and the girls are not even good looking! They should at least hire a stripper or model cause thats about the same quality and education you will get from them.
