The place is falling apart. The maintenance men don't fix a thing and the management doesn't seem to care. There's garbage everywhere and they don't bother with enforcing their own contracts with their tenants in that they let people trash up the balconies and in fact make the complex look even trashier. The laundry facilities are hit and miss. It's a crap shoot every time you do laundry there because you never know if the machine you're about to put your money in actually works. I do not recommend this place unless you are absolutely desperate. They don't stick to the agreement they make with you but they are more than happy to raise your rent when your lease is up.

I agree about them not honoring their own lease agreement, its a total joke, the office staff is very polite when taking your money and increasing your rent. The manager and management speaks for it self just by looking at the condition of the 4 complexs.It has been over a month now since the lawn has been cut and bushes trimmed.Old furniture clutters the outside of the complex with trash overflow. When it rains outside, be sure it will also be raining inside your windows as well. This is a very run down, nasty owned property.Be warned not to swim in their pool area. Work orders or also a complete joke, they take months to a year to be rendored. Move here, DONT DO IT.
