This property looked good and the interiors were unique. I could have rented a house for what I am paying so it isn't cheap. The manager is not doing a good job, for example two of the three pools are green and the main pool has been out of service for over 60 days. The maintenance man does not repair things - he eyeballs it and says - "looks okay" and does nothing, for example my faucet is loose and leaking from the base, he "fixed" it and it is still loose and leaking, I asked for a charge on my AC - he said "it's okay", but for some reason it never stops running while set on 78 degrees. This is the most pathetically managed property I have ever lived on and I am stuck for another 10 months. I have managed over 27 properties in Houston and I would Terminate this particular crew and hire staff that could turn this beautiful property around. The owners of this property should care more about their investment.
