arson in bldg 25 i beleive is still under investigation. questionable characters walking around at all hours. noisy tenants all hours. lots of litter. lots of exposed electrical and cable wires through out the complex. very poor lighting and not a gated complex. the gates are always open. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
