St Tropez Apartments

Very Disappointed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   When I moved in my apartment was filthy and the carpet should of been trashed. They promised to fix everything but now after 7 months none of it has been done. Even with the new management. I don't blame the maintenance people but the owners who won't hire enough help to fix the place up. They said all pools would be open this spring. Still we only have one. The gates only work sometimes. Outdoor lighting is inadequate and creates a safety problem. In they're so called gym on a couple pieces of equipment actually work. Because people have pets there is dog sh-- all over and it is never cleaned up. There is actually areas between apartments that smell horrible. It is embarressing to bring friends and have them smell the odor from the animals. The only good thing about the apartments is that the people who live here all seem to be nice and it is quiet.
