I live in building 9 and there are people below us and this happens on more than one occasion. Another thing that Bob was incorrect about was that not everyone has a garage and there are serious parking issues and animal feces problems. Maybe Bob you should get out more and know the facts before you speak then people would not assume wrong about your lack of intelligence.
