I recently had my younger brother outside detailing my husbands car... in the process he noticed something wrong with one of the rotors and removed the tire for a better look only to be scolded by our property "manager" for "working on the car". To quote her directly "often times we do have cars abandon[sic] on the grounds" Lady please! It's a Lexus IS300! Perhaps I should mentioned the reason it was being detailed was because a fight broke out at 7am in the parking lot and blood was splattered on the car!The manager wrote that she had "no way of knowing who the car belonged to..." Funny, the car's info is right on my LEASE... Oh and managementa response to my complaints about foil on windows, HUGE toys and bikes left all over the property, couches left at the dumpster "I am aware of all the lease violations" but "my hands are tied when it comes to an immediate resolution" Management: here's a thought... MANAGE.I will happily send anyone who wishes to read the letter I am quoting from a copy for the asking. Don't live here, this place is seriously out of control. Did I mention the fire in the workout room' billiemadisen@yahoo.com

I agree with the Manager! I think that it looks like a "Low Rent" property if he or she allows resident's and or their guests to work on their vehicles. Good for her!

Ya right! The property manager only enforces the rules on people that are not in her inner circle. See if she enforces the rules on her family and weirdo friends that live here.It allready looks low rent and has for quite some time. |

I lived in the property for almost two years and I fully endorse management. Now I reside elsewhere but I can assure the property is not what was described in the email which in my opinion was writen with the sole intent to discredit management. Of all the properties I have lived (several in the US and a few abroad) this is one of the best!

Try to get a car removed from your spot, or, try to get managment after hours.

So... Its been a few years since I wrote the original statement. The funny thing is susank & SW37th, NEITHER one of you contacted my email address for a copy of the letter written and signed by management on company letter head. You are ignorant naysayers doing a grave disservice to consumers who do research to avoid exactly the kind of predicaments I encountered. And susan... If the Lexus, or the BMW registered to my lease at the time required a change of a tire... it is ALLOWED by the guidelines listed in the community handbook (pg 13). In fact, it also states that inoperable vehicles have a 3 day grace period. Besides even in its worst state Im sure its better than what you drive.
