I have lived here for 1.5 yrs.

Positives: Staff is usually nice and friendly. Ample parking, they do have garages and covered available. Very quiet, especially after the sun goes down. Maintanence service has fixed everything I've asked (bathrooms, kithchen).

Negatives: Gate opener doesn't always work, very quiet after the sun goes down, not cheap, walls a little on the thin side.
