Stone Manor really is a nightmare as some have said. Besides being incredibly overpriced... Our windows leaked all summer long with the rain we had and there are nasty stains on the walls from it. I can hear the neighbor s music at all hours of the night and they have done nothing about it. The people upstairs sound like they are bowling at all hours of the day and night, our pictures on the wall won t even stay straight. There are some kids that ride around a golf cart and have nearly caused numerous accidents. That same unit always has people outside the garage making a lot of noise until 2 and 3 am. You can t step in the grass out here without stepping in animal waste. They don t enforce ANY of the rules here. Management recently had a party for the Cowboys game at the office, you could hear them all over the complex. From across the complex we could hear ----, the absolutely useless complex manager, complaining and cussing loudly about noise from a motorcycle. The complex manager really is a -----, if you call the office and she happens to answer the phone, you will immediately know it is her by the rude tone of voice. Even the maintenance personnel complain about her and call her a useless B@%*#. It is not at all family friendly, nowhere for kids to play or for anyone to safely walk. They have a few handicapped parking spaces but do not enforce the use of them at all. Exterior lighting is minimal. Landscaping is patchy, there are many bare areas that at one time may have had grass. I can t pull out of or into my garage without someone flying through here and nearly hitting me.

It is so funny to be called a coward by someone who posted their comment as anonymous. I have the right to protect my identity as does anyone else here. We have actually not been involved in ANY incidents here, we have never owned a motorcycle and we still live here so keep guessing.

If the person that completed this rating would identify themselves, lets discuss the real truths in what happened that evening. Maybe this is person involved in the incident occured and is too cowardly to identify themselves. Speak the truth, let everyone know how beautiful and professional the management is here. Amen brotha man!!!! You must be one of my neighbors! Haha Hmmmm....I wonder who this can be??? Could it be the residents of 1113, the evicted couple that owned the motorcycle?? I'm a resident and am glad to have you gone, as well as many of my other nieghbors. We all threw a party when you left!!! And I have to say, that's some pretty good enforcement from our oh so bad management! Go cause a ruckus somewhere else, you're nothing but neanderthals! And deserve to live in a dump.

I have to say the real problem was ---- (manag.),dog puuuu, loud drunks @ the pool late night, paper thin walls, you could hear people next door using the toilet that never stopped running, ooooooo and another thing having management try to kick u out for non payment when clearly u paid the rent!!!! so lets talk truth!!!!!!
