This apartment is the most horrible place I have ever lived! We pay over $700 a month and we can hear everything from the neighbors. We put in a work order for the toilet over a month ago and have not heard anything about it. The management is rude, and the pet deposit is ridiculous, $650 dollars. They are doing nothing about the pest situation. I found a centipede in my dogs mouth, and there are rollie pollies and silverfish everywhere. Spend your money elsewhere

I have to agree with this user on one subject. The manager is rude! You can talk to her about the simplist subject, and it turns out to be a huge ordeal. She likes to make you feel small by using big words, but really she's the one looking like the idiot. I feel sorry for her staff!! I've been in the office on a couple of occassions to drop money off, and she's cussing up a storm, acting like a freaking neanderthal! Lisa Crowsher is the ONLY reason I will NOT renew my contract, which is a shame because I really do love living here. I don't have a pest problem like you, but just so you know, I do have pest control come out to my apartment every other week. Just call the office and they'll get that. My work orders have been completed in a timely manner, they get done w/in a couple of days of my request. I too can hear my neighbors when they russle around their apt, but I take it with a grain of salt, it's apt living you know!? I haven't found a better deal in the Stone Oak area other than here. My lease will be up in July, and I'm really hoping they fire that woman, then that will change my mind on renewing.

I disagree with both of these comments, most renter's would appreciate such great management. This comment sounds like a pissed off employee... Anyone who has met Lisa, would know she is a professional. This is not a chat room to slander people.. Let's talk about a great community in Stone Oak...

I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of this rat hole. It's riduclous how much rent one pays to hear every toilet flush and every step across the floor above - not to mention the deaf ladies TV blaring at all hours of the night and day. And it makes me so mad that other people don't adhere to the rules - like parking in covered areas without a tag, or parking in uncovered places when you do have a tag which takes up other tentants options or keeping their pets on leashes when they are out - and not picking up after them - but you can't blame the tentants if the management doesn't enforce the rules! I'm just not used to apartment life - thank goodness this is just a transition between houses. I don't think I could take much more of this. And the management IS rude! Thank goodness they did get rid of that manager. Maybe now things will shape up - just in time for me to move!
