I lived in Stone Manor for several years......Because of the Maintenance supervisor, David, is why I choosed to stay. The manager does not always put the needs of the residents first. The manager is more concern with collecting money, then making sure residents are comfortable. David, makes sure that every maintenance ticket is completed timely and the work is done correctly. The maintenance staff is what makes everyone stay. This property is in a great location, nice floor plans, however, they need a new manager, so residents would want to stay. Need a manager that put residents needs first or the current manager needs to take lessons from her maintenance supervisor. If David leaves this property, Stone Manor will be vacant!!!
