Be hard to find better especially at the price

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
 
Seems most of reviewers agree on a few things:
1.Maintainance unbeatable!
2.Staff fully professional - at last.
3.Parking insufficient
4.Grounds kept up well
5.Garbage pickup 3 times a week is good - and no trash is left behind.

Dog poop is annoying, but really impossible to control.

Our opinion is best expressed by the fact that we have just re-leased for another 18 months.
