I lived here a few years ago (and just now found out that I could rate the place) and I have some important information you need to know before signing a lease here.

Contact your local police department and request a police report showing crime activities in this area and specifically for this complex and you might change your mind about living here. The apartment complex will not give you this information if you ask them for it - I know because I did ask them and they refused.

When I lived at this complex there was a fatal shooting, vandalism, theft, and break-ins on a constant basis. The shooting happened only a few buildings over from mine and I never felt safe there again. My boyfriend's truck was stolen out of the parking lot and a drunk ran into my neighbors parked car. I rode out my lease because I didn't have any other option and then I bailed out of there.

Other than crime, the management team was disorganized (losing records of rent payments, pet deposits, etc and then harrassing you for payments you already made but they didn't have record of - if you do live here make sure to keep copies of every receipt and every check or money order you give them) and unprofessional. Parking wasn't great and the grounds were always dirty. The security gates were always broken.

I know I lived here a few years ago...but I drive by these apartments every day on my way to work and I can see that they haven't changed much. There is always trash on the ground and the place just looks dirty. From reading some of the other reviews the crime is still a problem too.
